Now activating comments.

It's taken me a long time, but I'm now turning on comments for this blog. If anyone has any inclination to comment, that is. I am currently continuing through Torrance' "Atonement" and nearing the end. Absolutely superb and highly recommended.

I have finished reading "Incarnation" by Thomas Torrance and am now deep into "Atonement" by T. Torrance as well. These two books are of immeasurable value. I highly recommend them. I have perhaps a thousand books on theology and related subjects. These two books would have to be on the shortest of short lists, if I had to go through and choose just a few books to take with me out of my personal library to a desert island.

Do use a pencil to make notes in the margin. If you use a yellow highlighter, you will soon find yourself with solid yellow page after page. Absolutely incredible and of enormous value! Highly recommended!

The world does not need yet another blog. However, in order to leave comments on some blogs I am forced to have my own blog, or at least a google account. That being the case, I will use this blog in a minimal way in order to permit people to have at least some vague idea of who I am, when I post a comment.

First blog post

This will serve as a convenient summary and reference point for people who want to know a bit more about me when I occasionally add comments to various blogs. I work full time and have a family and hence my time is quite limited.
